Do you know what TIF dollars mean? It isnโt a tax the fire pay, itโs a city of Chicago fund used to build infrastructure in new areas. So itโs essentially the same type of deal as what the bears sought, the key difference is the bears sought infrastructure funding from the state whereas the Fire got it paid for by the city of Chicago
@ludichrisone@ballydolphin When you repeat messaging enough to dumb people who do not seek knowledge on their own itโs easy to persuade a large group that something is true
@DaveyHaddy@JeromeyR0me The development agreement between Kroenke and LA allows the rams to essentially write off all of their taxes until the cost of the infrastructure improvements kroenke made are paid back to him.
@MDCrosby1@JeromeyR0me The rams have a tax concession on sofi, same deal the bears were seeking. Bears stadium was also 100 percent privately funded, same as SoFi. What point are you making?
@morales_ra99630@Lightfootsucks@ElonMusky_Fish@ChicagoBears I think the taxpayers probably want to keep their own money that they work hard for. Unfortuantely many of the people electing communist politicians in chicago do not pay taxes to begin with, which is why the tax payers leave.
Illinois tax payers are paying 14 billion in taxes for your states illegal immigrant program, 1 billion for obamas library but 500 million on state highways to improve access to a 100 percent privately funded stadium is where you draw the line. This is why you dont deserve to have nice things
@iresmoran1 @abbysgramps@ErikLambert1 Considering they are paying for 100 percent of the stadium build, Iโd say they can afford to be nfl owners more so than the 29 other teams who did not
@KTAR923 can you present your argument for why I should care about your poll when most polls have been proven to be total horseshit for the last decade?
