I made Thai style rice noodle salad with smoked salmon today. I only changed two things for the recipe. After I boiled the noodles, I mixed with soy sauce and olive oil (not sesame oil as expected) and added some different seasoning.

Tonight I went to a theater where Şener Şen played and I enjoyed it immensely. Zuhal Olcay's play is next but I want to go to the theater more. I have a few in my mind.
