@BBCLancashire I find it totally bizarre these entitled people would blame a CHARITY for not having the funds or vouchers too carry on. Its not there fault there blind. Thats what PIP is for. Paying for extra things. There a charity, and a struggling one at that. No wonder the world's a mess.
