@SFBART Thanks, I’m glad to hear that there’s ongoing work. The BART SF subway is a lot of travelers’ first impression of the city, and the loud screeches don’t make it pleasant. Other BART tunnels don’t seem to be as loud, so I hope the SF subway can be improved further over time🤞
Any plans to alleviate the very loud noise experienced while riding in the San Francisco subway, @SFBART?
It's not only uncomfortable - for a twice-daily commuter over long periods of time, it's likely to be damaging to hearing.
@CamposCoffee - Thrilled to be ordering 5lbs of your finest coffee; sad that it's going to be the last time we'll be able to do so before you shut up shop in the USA😢
How is @YouTube allowed to be the arbiter of whether PiP is able to be used on iOS 14? Why does @Apple get 30% of each YouTube Premium subscription to re-enable a platform feature that’s supposed to be available equally for all users? https://t.co/Z0IcWfID27
@Caltrain Thanks for keeping us moving, @Caltrain! This is the perfect opportunity for me to ask you though: why the confusing numbering system and lack of station stop information on announcement signs? Back in Sydney, we could see where the next train was going and where it stopped 😅
There are a lot of new faces following our account, thank you and welcome! 🥰
We know that keeping up can get a little hectic. So we've gathered all our links in one place to make it easier, and help you stay connected to us 📝

Seriously? @Caltrain is fighting for survival when it carries people to and from some of the richest companies on the planet? I thought public transit was one of those things that requires more funding to improve its services, not to prevent its imminent demise! What gives!?
Many Bay Area residents are understandably confused and upset after the SF Board of Supervisors yesterday declined to advance a ballot measure that could have provided stable funding for Caltrain and helped to avoid a prolonged shutdown.
Sad to see that a Mythbusters icon and inspiration to so many people is no longer with us. Grant Imahara’s legacy will no doubt stretch well-beyond his mortal life.
I’m at a loss. No words. I’ve been part of two big families with Grant Imahara over the last 22 years. Grant was a truly brilliant engineer, artist and performer, but also just such a generous, easygoing, and gentle PERSON. Working with Grant was so much fun. I’ll miss my friend.
(1/3) @MYOB, I just got off a 3+ hour phone call with your support team. I was punted four times between departments with up to 45 min holds, promised an escalation twice, and dealt with uncaring and bored agents who clearly had no idea about the software they were “supporting”.
(3/3) @Xero, @QuickBooksAU - do either of you support automatic sequential invoice numbers (starting at a custom number, e.g. 9000), and if I call you for support, will you provide better service than what I’ve described in the preceding Tweets to @MYOB? Will consider switching.
(2/3) After all that, I got no resolution to my dad’s simple issue about sequential invoice numbers. I hung up after being put on hold for the fifth time. This is unacceptable service for a $60p/m subscription. Please get in contact with me, @MYOB - I want to get this resolved.
