To top it off I have had to leave without my food or a refund. As the staff are just being rude or ignoring people and I have a job to do and a life to live that doesn't revolve around endlessly waiting in a BK queue.

@BurgerKing I get lunch can by busy. But when people are waiting in branch 20 min+ and no food goes out. Last thing people want to hear when questioning wait it is 'we have had a lot of deliveries come in that need to be done.'
You also have a lot of people here on a lunch break
