@FirstBusnews In relation to First Bus 101 potteries. Very frustrated about the mis-advertisement of the Smart weekly under 19 ticket. The app clearly states that you can travel on ‘any operator service in North Staffs’, but not Stone which is clearly north Staffs!

I think it is terrible that a 16yo student, travelling to college, has to pay the same as an adult as there are no discounted rates. Please confirm your stance to this mid-advertising and also the lack of discounted rates available for a 16yo student getting to college.
