As of now, three people have been reported killed in Pavlohrad as a result of a Russian aerial bomb strike on an enterprise. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Dozens of people have been injured. The Russians also hit Kherson with aerial bombs. Apartment buildings, ordinary homes, the regional children's hospital, and educational institutions were damaged. People were injured. Russia also struck critical infrastructure in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions and launched missile attacks on the Odesa region.

Russia continues attacking Ukraine - gas stations, private and multi-family homes, vehicles, and infrastructure facilities are under fire.

▪️ Sumy region:
In Sumy, a gas station was attacked, causing a large-scale fire.
Russians also continue shelling communities in the Sumy region. Yesterday, a man was killed by mortar fire in the Seredyna-Buda community - he was in his yard at the time of the attack.
In the Velykopysarivka community, a Russian drone attacked a man riding a bicycle. The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

▪️ Dnipropetrovsk region:
Russian terrorists struck four districts of the region more than 20 times.
In the Nikopol district, a gas station, an apartment building, and private homes, as well as vehicles, were damaged. In the Synelnykove district, a private house caught fire. In the Kryvyi Rih district, a house and a car were damaged.

▪️ Odesa region:
The attack lasted almost the entire night. Infrastructure, several vehicles, an office building, and windows of private homes were damaged.
Fortunately, there were no casualties.

▪️ Chernihiv region:
Over the past day, Russians used "Gerbera" drones to attack energy facilities in two border communities.
Enemy attacks also caused fires in outbuildings in Semenivka and in a rye field in the Nizhyn district. In Mena, a "Geran" drone damaged a facility at a food industry enterprise.

Russia’s occupation authorities in Kherson Oblast are preparing to “nationalize” 1172 Ukrainian homes, according to Ukraine’s Ombudsman.

The properties belong to owners who refused to or could not re-register them under Russian law. This is another large-scale illegal seizure of civilian property in occupied Ukraine and constitutes a war crime.

Instead, it feels like this massive tragedy has just been brushed under the carpet by the mainstream media cycle. The sheer scale of the devastation in places like La Guaira is unfathomable, yet the world has largely looked away.

Every single one of those 50,000 missing people is someone’s child, parent, or friend. The global silence around this humanitarian crisis is deafening.

A truly horrific tactic is being used to spread wildfires in southern Italy. Authorities in Calabria have found cats with fuel soaked rags tied to their tails alongside delayed ignition devices near Pollino National Park.

The wildfires tearing through northern Algeria show exactly what a warming world looks like. Emergency crews have brought 127 of the 146 wildfires reported in the past 24 hours under control, but 19 blazes are still burning across the country's northern provinces.

Forests, farmland, olive groves and palm plantations have been reduced to ash, while small-scale farmers have suffered devastating losses, with entire herds of sheep and goats killed by the fast-moving flames.

This is what climate change looks like on the ground: longer heatwaves, drier landscapes and wildfires that burn hotter, spread faster and cause greater destruction.
