@CP24 what I hate about winter driving. Hazard lights on. Hazard lights are for stopped vehicle or in danger. If so nervous about winter driving they feel the need to slow down and use hazard lights they should probably just get off the road and wait for better conditions

@IKEACASupport Just got off the phone. Terrible customer service. 5 fed ex trucks coming to my house for this fiasco. No compensation offered, and she even turns it on me by saying I should have explained better the first time!... Last time IKEA.

Well @IKEACanada I’ve tried to get my issue resolved with online form and twice over the phone (1.5 hrs waiting) and it’s still not right. Frustration level going up... Told two different things by two separate call agents. This is not the level of service expected. Please help.
