@virginmedia I have lost sound to ITV channel on my stream box. All other channels and apps have sound just ITV without. Is this a global ITV issue or virgin media.

@ITV no sound on your channel for last 12 hours. Have virgin media with all other channels having sound. Is this an itv issue or virgin media.?

@ThreeUK No service in London area at all. Tried rebooting. Luckily have an O2 SIM

@virginmedia finally can access my account but when I go to my stream services to add my subscriptions I get a technical error try later message and when try from TV it says error contact virgin. When I spoke to someone earlier they said there was no fault they could see.

@virginmedia This is what the agent has said. They said there are no current issues with the website or app and asked me to reset the stream box but still same problem. I'm fed up of having to keep contacting every day to sort out different issues.

@virginmedia Tried on mobile phone and on pc both same issue says technical issue please try later. The TV app gives an error message and QR code. But according to your side there are no problems.

@virginmedia has become the most unpleasant part of my house move. All I did was move address and weeks later I still can't access my account. I have tried ringing online chats and nobody can fix the problem with my account not showing.

@virginmedia I have tried several computers at work. I have the new account number but I just keep getting sent back to the your account is already registered to the same email address that the old account was.

@virginmedia Unfortunately I can't raise a complaint because apparently I am no longer a virgin customer as I can't log into my new account details and the old one says I have left virgin.

@virginmedia House move and new install completed Monday. Both accounts have been linked to the same email address so whenever I log in I get taken to the old de activated account. Apparently will take another 72 hours to fix but as I can't get access I can't use the stream box subscriptions

@virginmedia I'm using a plug into the mains and it still says not enough power. No other TV to try on

@virginmedia just had stream box installed yesterday and keep getting an error of power supply not enough for booting. Tried various usb cables and plugs with no luck.

@virginmedia It's not the TV it's the power supply. It worked for about 10 minutes then cut out.
