@minpinbud @AmericanAir Yes, no doubt, been in this position many times as a former “air warrior” who traveled 5+ flights/week. However, I’ve learned since I’m no longer attached to my status with AA that some (not all) will open the door if they haven’t closed the airplane door, like in this case.

Not my typical style but @AmericanAir is THE WORST!!!! Son is trying to get home for holidays and is delayed. Gets to gate where AA plane still sits, door closed, “NO boarding”. Who else has experienced this?? I have as an AA Ex Plat. member…they don’t care about the customer.
