@SW_Help It’s not good enough. More trains are now delayed and then you cancel at last minute. The impact of these cancellations further down this line is huge.

@SW_Help This disruption is not my line but every day issues delay me and thousands of people trying to get home on time. The communication is non existent and it is outstanding that this is even considered a service I have to pay for. Please do not respond to this I am beyond anger.
