This is so insanely corrupt, I can’t even believe it.
More than half the donors to Trump’s $400 million White House ballroom just won over $50 billion in new federal contracts in six months.
And here’s the part that should make your blood boil.
Sixteen of these 27 donors were facing federal enforcement actions, antitrust reviews, labor cases, securities charges. Many of those cases have been quietly dropped or scaled back since Trump took office. You write a check, your legal problems disappear. That’s not a coincidence.
The White House won’t even release the full donor list. They’re hiding it on purpose, because daylight is the one thing pay-to-play can’t survive. A federal judge already ruled ballroom construction has to stop until Congress authorizes it.
Government is supposed to serve the people, not auction itself off to the highest bidder. When access goes to whoever pays the most, working families always end up paying the price.
We either end the corruption, or the corruption will end us.

@JohnConnor_US He doesn’t mean that kind of waste. He’s talking about the high. The high from cocaine is much milder, therefore a waste to ppl deep in addiction. He isn’t confusing anything, though… Also, as a recovering addict, the science is wrong if it says smoking effect is quicker than IV
1) We might not like how California administers its elections (and I don't). But that doesn't make it fraud. That doesn't make it cheating. It doesn't make it unlawful.
2) That being said, this post-election outrage was entirely foreseeable, but Governor Newsom and the state legislature (assembly) did nothing to improve the situation.
3) They sit by while election officials take the hit. Election officials get dragged online. Election officials get investigated. But it was the state that chose this system.
4) This does not bode well for November.
5) If you have questions about why it takes so long, I recommend this article: https://t.co/99JcCM3lUt
6) If you have additional questions, I can try to help.
@Reddie2019@HunterBiden@RealSpitfire I’m definitely here for it. Aside for the fact that I’m in recovery, and just love to see ppl thriving, I love seeing the most fitting person calling out hypocrisy
@TimHannan It’s clear that anybody who sows mistrust in the one thing that makes it all work, does not care about the country. If you go out, knowing better, saying half the country is stealing your vote, then you only care about power, not democracy or our institutions.
@nicknactax@BihNoaeczc@HeartofaLyon2@LangmanVince My point was: that’s true, but if you’re surprised that somebody got offended by that and commented about their offense, it is equally is common on social media. Personally I don’t think we should normalize shitty behavior. The guy didn’t happen to know in this case, but others.
Why does California take so long to count ballots?
In short, the state’s leaders have prioritized expanding last minute options to vote by mail over a quick count.

@Fair_and_Biased@megynkelly To be fair, she’s looking at his polling. She doesn’t mean there aren’t ppl who care, but as a whole, it’s obvious ppl are against this war. More importantly, He ran on not doing this, and said Kamala would do this, so of course young working class ppl are against it.
@tjohnson817@mouvement33 I just read about the boxes. That’s a legitimate thing that happened. One person burning a ballot box is an issue, for sure, but it’s being investigated. It doesn’t suggest widespread election fraud. The president is telling you that half the country is evil and taking ur vote.
@tjohnson817@mouvement33 Tbh, idk about the ballot box thing. I know they made it up in 2020. They made up everything. The leader of the free world is online right now saying they’re stealing it, even though he knows better. Insane to me. If ppl want to know about California, truly, here’s a video.

@whowillurunto@lalovestrump If ppl truly want to understand how it works, this video is great. California takes mail-in ballots for up to 7 days after the Election if it was mailed by Election Day. They also verify by signature, and when there’s an issue they give you time to correct it. Then count.

@KevinAdams26@TerribleTailgat I’ll be honest, these two deals seem high, and, at first, I thought we might be changing how we operate, but if Herbig becomes a starter and Washington is unleashed, it might end up looking like a deal in a year.
