@nsandihelp It gives the options of the phone numbers with radio button. Chooses one. Clicks continue and then it just cycles back saying "confirmation of phone number is mandatory" but then there is no continue button.

@nsandihelp are there issues with the login site today? My daughter is trying to login for first time, has all the info and temp password but when it asks to do the phone number check it just loops!

"An error has occurred
Unfortunately an error occurred whilst attempting to log you in."
"Last successful log in" timestamp updates, but I don't get passed through to HMRC.
Is there an issue with the Experian ID system?

Fuming with @HSBCUKBusiness in dealing with my charity bank account. Months of forms, phone calls, branch visits to sort inhibits, security details, mandate changes and they now close the account when they specifically said they wouldn't. How you keep charities I'll never know.
