On June 29, 2026, the City of Fort Worth, unveiled the Officer Henry "Hank" Nava, Jr. Memorial Highway sign.

In December of 2005, Officer "Hank" Nava was shot in the line of duty while serving a parole violation warrant.

Hank passed away two days later from his injuries.

Proving that You Are Never Forgotten, this sign was unveiled so that "Hank" will forever be remembered.

His family, friends, fellow officers, among many others were in attendance today for this beautiful ceremony.

We will be forever grateful to those that have made the ultimate sacrifice.
