The EO directs the United States Postal Service to ONLY deliver mail-in ballots to eligible voters.

How could anyone be against this?

- The city signed a contract with Glassbox Digital
- A calendar item for a contract with Glassbox Digital appeared on the agenda, it did not mention Flock
- The details of that item involved an agenda item ‘Peregrine Services’
- Peregrine offered a Fullerton crimes data center that would integrate data from body-worn cameras, automatic license plate readers, utility systems and Flock Safety cameras
- The item passed unanimously on the consent calendar with no discussion, no questions
- This authorized Flock under a 5 year contract for $750,000
- The police chief then authorized Flock a 5 year term that auto renews every 2 years without a single vote or any public input

This is how they secretly approved flock cameras without ever notifying the public or allowing a single question to be asked….
