Wife takes husband out while he is on the phone with 911. The interrogation after is mind blowing.

Deputies in Santa Rosa County, Florida, responded to a residence in Gulf Breeze after hours of escalating conflict between active-duty U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Bree Kuhn, 34, and her husband, 33-year-old Collin Turner, a medically discharged U.S. Marine veteran.

​Collin, a stay-at-home father preparing to start a master’s program in electrical engineering at Johns Hopkins University, had decided to take their two toddlers to stay with his parents in Georgia to de-escalate ongoing tensions.

The situation had spiraled the night before after an argument over late-night television, leading Kuhn to place Collin’s $2,500 laptop in the dishwasher and run a full cycle.

In an effort to keep him from leaving, Kuhn confiscated his identification, keys, and access to financial accounts, locking him out of the residence in the Florida heat.

​Deputies were dispatched to the home twice earlier that afternoon:

Around 1:00 PM, Kuhn called claiming an altercation, but responding officers observed zero injuries, redness, or physical evidence of an assault.

Around 5:00 PM, Collin called after being locked out in the driveway for hours. Deputies instructed Kuhn that Collin co-owned the property and could not be locked out, warning both parties that any further escalation would lead to an arrest.

​Shortly after law enforcement cleared the scene, Kuhn locked Collin inside the garage. At 6:22 PM, Collin contacted dispatch for a third time.

​While calmly describing the situation to the dispatcher, the garage door opened. On the recorded call, a sudden sh0t is heard, followed by Collin’s final words: “She just sh0t me!” Kuhn then fired three additional rounds, all striking Collin in the back.
​When deputies returned five minutes later, Collin was found unresponsive on the garage floor, and the firearm was discovered hidden behind a kitchen toaster.

​During interrogation, Kuhn claimed she fired out of fear for her life. However, investigators presented the recorded 911 audio and forensic evidence showing all rounds entered from behind, directly contradicting her account. She was charged first degree murder and held without bail until trial.

​The case went to trial, a Florida jury rejected her defense and convicted Bree Kuhn of second-degree murder, resulting in a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Predator stepdad gets caught by wife with a hidden camera in his 12 year old step daughter's room.

​Kyle Harter ran out to a local Speedway to grab a cup of coffee, leaving his cell phone charging behind at the house. When repeated notifications kept lighting up the screen, his wife checked to see what was buzzing. Swiping through his recent apps, she stumbled across an active surveillance feed labeled simply as “Yard.” But the camera wasn’t pointing outside—it was streaming live footage directly from inside her 12-year-old daughter’s bedroom.

​Horrified, she confronted her daughter, located the covert device disguised as a smoke detector, tore it down from the wall, and dialed 911.

​When Greenville police arrived, Harter immediately tried to minimize the situation. He admitted to placing the Amazon motion-sensor camera in the bedroom weeks prior, but claimed it was purely for discipline—spinning a narrative that he only wanted to “prove” to his wife that the girl was staying up late on her phone instead of sleeping which is why it is so difficult waking her up for school.

​However, the illusion of innocence shattered quickly. While officers walked through the house, the mother’s 17-year-old daughter disclosed that Harter had routinely crept into her room in the dead of night, standing silently in the doorway or sitting on an empty spare bed watching her sleep.

​Harter handed over his phone and consented to a digital search, likely gambling that investigators wouldn't look deep enough. The forensic extraction proved otherwise. Detectives with the Greenville Police Department uncovered three distinct video recordings on his phone captured by the covert camera showing the 12-year-old getting dressed, alongside illicit material involving another unidentified minor.

​Officers showed up the very next day and placed Harter in handcuffs.

​Harter was indicted on six second-degree felony charges, including the illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material. He pleaded guilty to three counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and was sentenced to a minimum of 7 years up to a maximum of 10.5 years in state prison, alongside mandatory lifetime sex offender registration.

While I personally feel like justice was served, I'm curious if anyone feels like the husband's explanation holds enough water to justify his actions. Shout below, justice served or he got a raw deal.

Houston, Texas — Police Officers were dispatched to a crash on the freeway and learned that there had been a minor vehicle crash involving three vehicles. Two of the vehicles remained on the scene however a third vehicle had fled the location. Officers then moved the crash off the freeway and put a general broadcast over the radio for the possible third vehicle – a green SUV. Additional officers were able to locate the green SUV vehicle in the area and officers made contact with the driver. As the officers attempted to detain the driver of the green SUV for the crash investigation, the driver lifted his shirt up, reached for a visible gun in his waistband and pulled out the weapon. Two officers then discharged their duty weapons more than once, striking the suspect. Officers began to render aid to the suspect until Houston Fire Department paramedics arrived. The suspect was pronounced deceased at the scene.
