@AmazonHelp @amazon Please note that I formally take no legal responsibility for anything that is delivered to my home address from Amazon or its delivery agents which has not been ordered by myself. Items will be left on pavement for whoever. Major admin error issue occurring!

@AmazonHelp TBH I cannot afford the time I've wasted. It is costing someone a great deal of money but as long as its not me its not my responsibility - Amazon are more than welcome to phone me or email me. Its beyond me to sort out this issue.

@AmazonHelp Further to my conversation with you yesterday, I have just had to refuse another delivery of numerous boxes (which I assume is more light fittings) I spoke to customer help on phone no. given to me - I was told to keep them & dispose as I like = £1K. What is going on?

@AmazonHelp TBH I cannot afford the time & my confidence from conversation with staff team yesterday didnt inspire confidence. It was a transit van load just for me. I will keep refusing any items with incorrect addressee but worried if out they will be left on step. Not my responsibility.

@AmazonHelp hi @AmazonHelp I have just received 10 boxes of light fitting addressed to me but certainly not ordered by me & have nothing to do with me. No packing note in any of boxes so no reference to pursue. Please collect them as not mine. Your website was no use whatsoever.

@AmazonHelp This doesn’t help me as the items we’re not ordered by me on my account. Goods belong to whoever supplied them and I advise you that I take no responsibility for them from now on - I’ve wasted 2 hrs on this so far

@AmazonHelp Hi @AmazonHelp - no they are not. They were addressed to me using middle name which only a few people use so it’s not a gift from them. There are to many boxes for me to take to a drop off place and I cannot print labels as I have no info on who purchased them.
