I imagine that the pollsters are lying and have been intentionally as a form of advertising. As a test, I'm going to stake my claim that, in my state, Michigan, El Sayid will lose, though the polls have put him solidly ahead, +3% for the past month.

There are a couple of good reasons that Saudi Arabia made its alliance with Turkey and not with Israel. Turkey's military has more planes, ships, and men; and US Democrats don't hate Turkey. That's important after Democrats win in November.

• Saudi Arabia made an alliance with Pakistan and Turkey, made a big deal out of it, rather than just signing the Abraham Accords like a smart country.

• The Houthies began kicking their asses.

• Then, Saudi turned to Israel for help.

El Sayed is ahead in the polls in MI. He's hit hard against AIPAC, Israel money, and folks like it. Most Democrats and many Republicans hate Israel. And folks like his offer of open borders and free money. Or maybe the polls lie.
