If you don't know it, please give this a listen - Bach's Passacaglia in C minor recorded by @robert_quinney

IMO one of the best recordings of one of the best pieces ever written.
At 6:15pm this evening, the College Choir will sing Choral Evensong in chapel. Music for tonight will include Bairstow in G and Duruflé's Ubi Caritas. All are welcome!

Wouldn’t it be great if there was only 1 frontier for musicians? But in fact, not only are @ElizAthertonSop & others forced to fight for the survival of live music making where there could be funding and is audience to support it; there’s also this perhaps more pervasive danger…
It is so depressing seeing the self-congratulatory tweets of ai folks releasing a model they know will compete with the people whose work they exploited to build it, and their implicit confidence that they are too big to be held to account for this unimaginably vast commercial exploitation of the life’s work of the world’s creators.

Hey @Oxford_Tube, why was it that no one waiting at Notting Hill last night could find out what was going on? The app was completely misleading and so were the tweets!
@Oxford_Tube you didn’t tweet this today, there was no signage at the Notting Hill stop, successive buses were “delayed” on the app, only to disappear after a period of time. Several confused people waiting; I gave up after 45 mins & took the train (£££). What’s your excuse?

#OxfordTube Due to BST in Hyde Park from 21:30 to 23:30, Oxford bound, we will be unable to service Marble Arch, and for Notting Hill Gate we will be using Stop E, outside The Coronet. We would recommend boarding at Buckingham Palace Road. We apologise for any inconvenience.
