If you ask people to show you there Iphone "screen time" in settings - it's CRAZY how much people scrolling through social. One guy showed me 11 hours - 6 hours on TikTok!!! Never do this. Will destroy your brain.

@EmJoServices I wish I can help you. But I do know having your own ‘paid’ website and then through the cPanel creating your email. Then transferring it over to gmail for easier access (but that’s too much to explain here)
