@British_Airways Brilliant reply. Terms and conditions quoted. That’s like saying a big fat f you to a customer. Also, no view of aircraft config on app prior to buying to know this.

@British_Airways I am expecting some sort of refund for this. I flew @Saudi_Airlines from RUH to DXB earlier this week and had a lie flat bed for 2 hours for half the price. This is not good enough at all.
