Warning for @AerLingus passengers on EI109 (JFK) & EI139 (Boston). The airline is systematically charging a β¬10 'Pre-Clearance Fee' on these flights despite admitting the facility is CLOSED. A nice little windfall for them, a rip-off for us. @CCPCIreland@conor_pope
Come on @AerLingus still including a charge for a service that is not available on that flight! @DublinAirport I hope they are paying you for the pre-clearance even when its closed.
@AerLingus It is amazing the amount of spam responses and that includes the direct EI bot who still is beyond useless probably stuck under a @DublinAirport cap!

@AmazonHelp Please can you provide any updates still no response from the emails I have sent despite the email saying I would get a response in 6 hours , surely that was meant to be days I guess. Still awaiting escalation email for 2 days now
@AmazonHelp simply stupid. Customer for many years many orders purchasing similar items used delivery drop off before but you decide to cancel order and demand I provide my identity and now the order is more expensive and will not arrive in time.
@AmazonHelp Again highlighting how unhelpful to a simple request. The ask was for a contact email address for escalating issues that you, chat and email support have failed to help. At no point has there been any privacy or security questions
@AmazonHelp As I said I would like to request a contact email for someone in Italy as over the years have had multiple issues with Amazon and not once has anything really been dealt with and recently these issues of cancelling orders increasing price feels like a scam and just ignored
