@AskPS_UK Nope I haven’t received an email yet. I’ve also never had another PSN account. All I know is that the money has been taken from my bank account but hasn’t been used to purchase the game. Would this just mean that the purchase is pending?

@AskPS_UK Hey there! I just tried to buy a game but it isn’t appearing in my library or my transaction history but the money was still taken out of my wallet. Any idea what could be happening??
