buíochas - #gratitude
I am saying thanks 100 times because we are so grateful.
While hugging loved ones closer than ever this Christmas, let's remember all those who can't celebrate Christmas due to war and the failings of our governments. 🎄🙏🥃

Thank you to all of our wonderful whiskey community for coming together to help alleviate the stress of the Storm Babet flooding in East Cork.
Thank you especially to the IDPR family for their most generous donations .

Midleton master blender Billy Leighton is retiring and Dave McCabe is being appointed Master Blender at Irish Distillers. Billy originally started as a trainee accountant in Bushmills, then moved into production, before being appointed Master Blender at Midleton in 2004.
I suppose this is the first picture of our next release. I wrote up the press release last night but loved it so much I had to taste another tonight.
I don't mind saying that it's my fav whiskey of the year, even tho it's our own.

I’ve been minding this for seven years and was delighted to present it to him personally.
