@RaeComm He took a terrible Scotland team and took them to higher level. Qualifying for 3 tournaments, but that was his limit. Im glad he’s made the decision to let someone else try to take this generation to another level, because the idiots in charge would’ve kept him on for 4 years.
@_charlie99@alfie_t8 As someone who has also been there I can say it’s a sardine can in the middle of nowhere. Even Americans would have it near the bottom of a list of NFL stadiums.
@J25504353@swansunionist Funny that we have neutrals from England and Wales watching our game for the first time and they all call out the shocking decisions that cost Hearts the title. But yet Celtic fans still can’t see their own bias in this.
@ScotlandNT@ScottishFA@FIFAWorldCup Why not wait until after the tournament. Clarke has been great at getting us to qualify but the performances and results at tournaments have been awful. If we do well, give him the contract, if we do terribly, give someone else a shot to try and get us to the next level.
@Joe_T2000@BastienCH12@20MinuteTims What does the prove? It’s a still. Has the ball already hit his head and is moving away? Or is it coming onto his head. There is no depth perception on it, so we can’t see how far in the foreground the ball is compared to the hand.
@BastienCH12@Joe_T2000@20MinuteTims They’re in an echo chamber. They’ve all convinced themselves the inconclusive photos have proven them right. They have not shown 1 photo or angle where the ball has clearly struck his hand. The whole of uk football media sees it for what it is and they can’t take it.
@BM9MF@_DIGB Barca were dogshit? They won the champions league 2 years before and he inherited a squad with Messi, Iniesta and Xavi in. 3 of the greatest players in history. But yeah, dogshit.
@KG367919716@FilmEnjoyer7 Because they won’t do what they’re saying. They know this is the easiest way to get votes, then when they get in power they use excuses that the courts and human rights policies mean their hands are tied. They are useless on every other matter so what’s the point in them.
@scotlandscoeff1 Most sizes showing as out of stock now. Wonder if they will get them back in stock. The long sleeved version of the home top sold out on the first few days and have been unavailable since.
@ScottishFootyFC Nah that Lint guy has been posting this sort of stuff about Rangers every 15 minutes for 5 years straight. That level of head loss can’t be matched. Devoted his entire life to it.
@TCers21@liverpxxl9@JackPittBrooke The irony of you calling me dense, when you can’t even wrap your head around the simple point I am making. If you took city’s points total for the 6 games against the pot 2,3 and 4 teams they would be on 10 points. That gets a last 16 spot in the old format. Jesus.
@TCers21@liverpxxl9@JackPittBrooke Also Man City last year, same situation. So that twice in two years that a pot 1 team didn’t reach the last 16 when they previously would have in the old format.
@TCers21@liverpxxl9@JackPittBrooke It’s not a load of bollocks though. Inter literally went out this year because they lost their two games against the pot 1 teams. Also pot 3 teams would have to win 2 games against the pot 4 then a game against two higher pots, obviously harder than what the pot 1 team faces.
@TCers21@liverpxxl9@JackPittBrooke Well yeah, because there are 30 years worth of examples. Old format, pot 1 teams only had to beat the pot 4 side twice and win one of the other 4 games to get to the last 16. There is no way that is harder than this format. But don’t think that is ever going to get through to you
@TCers21@liverpxxl9@JackPittBrooke But Inter would be in the last 16 this year if it was the old format. PSG and Real would also be in it having played 4 fewer games. It was easier for bigger teams to get to the last 16 in the old format.
