My 20yr PlayStation account (zero infractions) was perma’d for being AFK in Plunder,a casual mode. No warning, no appeal… then the policy wording changed after the wave.
Kick idlers, sure. But permas for casual AFK while real cheaters get temps? We need a human-led review and proportional penalties. Let veterans reconnect, too. ⚖️
