For years we were told sugar was bad for conditions like psoriasis and eczema.
We were lied to.
I’m literally eating Mike n Ike’s and white table sugar on my new protocol when I feel like it. Healing is way easier than we were led to believe.
Sugar heals.
Caffeine really is overrated.
There’s some benefits if you drink coffee periodically but once it becomes a habit it just leads to demineralization, dependency, overstimulation, and disrupted mood/sleep.
I see it as a once in a while thing to help flush your body out.
Remove the pharmaceuticals and her job from the equation and those kids would probably be alive.
As a man, my main thoughts are: how would I prevent the mother of my children from downward spiraling?
Two things can be true — what she did was wrong, and this was preventable.
I watched myself go from normal before SSRIs to trying to jump in front of a Tube train. An elderly man realised what was happening and pulled me back.
I repeatedly called emergency services because I was terrified I would gouge my own eyes out.
I had nail extensions and became convinced that the second I hung up with the 911 operator, I would drive them into my eyes so I always begged them to stay with me on the phone until the ambulance arrived. I cannot adequately describe how real those urges felt or how little they resembled me.
Had I not lived through that freak period myself, I might also struggle to comprehend how profoundly psychiatric drugs can alter perception, impulse and agency.
So when people confidently declare that cycling through 10+ psychiatric drugs in two months couldn’t possibly contribute to someone losing reality testing or behavioural control, I know they are discussing a state they cannot imagine.
You don’t have to believe every tragedy involving psychiatric drugs was caused by them. You do have to be willing to investigate the possibility.
And if the loudest voices insisting these drugs couldn’t possibly be responsible turn out to have financial ties to the companies selling them, then this stops being just some stupid scientific illiteracy.
Pharma gets to manufacture the drug, profit from the injury, fund the narrative absolving the drug, and leave the patient carrying 100% of the blame. That is fucking obscene.
Pharma is winning again. Like in 2021. And you’re letting them.
@lowmegatron Read this book and had the same experience as Johanna. I did many water fasts, but my health problems would resume when I resumed eating normal food/high fat foods. Wasn’t until I made fruits/sugar the majority of my diet things started turning around.
Grapes are powerful.
Fruits, leafy vegetables, starches, and unlimited added sugar/jelly/syrup. I will continue to share my progress here. Please ask questions if you have them. I’m happy to be of service.
I really don’t like looking at close up photos of my ear but I gotta share this. I’ve had psoriasis for 14 years and over time it spread around and into my ear.
Since I’ve started my new sugar protocol, this was one of the quickest areas I saw heal. Amazing.
@lowmegatron I’ve had psoriasis for years. Very similar symptoms to what you’ve written here. My skin is improving massively eating unlimited sugar/carbs and less fat protein.
Another observation of mine: as the lesion disappears, it fans out and gets wider/thinner. Some of the psoriasis lesions have healed in the middle of the lesion, leaving only a ring of psoriasis until it eventually fades completely.
I’m healing psoriasis by eating loads of sugar and avoiding protein and fat.
Almost complete opposite advice of what you would normally hear for this kind of condition.
Lately I have little to no flaking and no more bleeding/inflamed skin. It’s awesome.
