@ATTHelp & @USPSHelp Can you please help me resolve my Trade-In problem!!! Followed every step of the process, used @ATT printed label & envelope sent to me, gave to the postwoman at my local @USPS branch and we should be all set, right?
@ATT shifts the liability to the consumer and @USPS, known for having issues. Maybe some fraud is involved. Finger pointing/blame game by @ATTHelp to @USPSHelp, which neither can help resolve this issue. In the end, the consumer gets hurt and trust lost.
