@TycjanC Section of the Upper Thames that runs through work and another small river that feeds into it. Lots of sign on both, esp Thames but had never seen one. Ongoing mink project with @CWPRangers all over Cotswold Water Park helping ๐

Potato Guardian Dog, direct descendant of the 1st Potato Guardian dogs brought into these parts by early settlers. The Spud Wolf, though rarely seen today and normally a solitary creature unlike other wolves, is an ever present threat and one can't afford to take any chances
Found this tiny dessicated plant while weeding. Maybe Hairy Bittercress but not really sure. Thought it needed it's chance to shine - so bits of sparkly felt from Hobbycraft and the torch off my bicycle and voila.
@TycjanC A few more from the same session - lucky indeed. Has it's trials, tribulations and frustrations - same as anywhere but scenes like these make up for them.
Reed Warblers at work yesterday. I had to ask The Twitcheratti for ID, wee ones like this are way beyond me. But for once, a warbler type thing, in reeds, therefore a Reed Warbler, wasn't too simple.
