Ok I think I'm done. This book has completely derailed my reading habits and I should just cut it loose. Was really hoping to power through since it's my book club book, but even reading the chapter summaries was tedious.

@oh_tuntun One of my book club's lowest rated books. The translation makes the prose a bit rough at times, but I liked the ideas and the ending. Never picked up the second book though.
