@syntifik In Transcona, there are a handful of bars by the CN railyard. My older relatives told me it was routine to get off work there and hit the bars on the way home, because they're on the doorstep.

Similarly, I used grab a drink with coworkers once per week, but I work from home now.

You remember the time system I was chipping away at a couple of years ago? I've been remaking it from scratch. It's running a lot better, but I need your opinion on a design decision:

@M62760971 @garfxist And you sound like someone who isn't a worry but there is a real problem with too many people who want to procreate. Intrusive or not, I stand by my wish to see mandatory sterilization, but only with those who are willing others should be penalized for having too many children.

@KittyBatSasha I'm with you on the six kids, three chairs thing. I would imagine a different system than you to solve the problem -- libertarianism isn't my jam -- but I'm glad that we can at least agree that systematic sterilizations shouldn't be part of the solution.

@KittyBatSasha I've been running in leftist circles since before that movie came out, and I haven't seen anyone try to frame Thanos as the good guy. I guess they do exist, as you can see that Catherine here is somehow both a communist and ecofascist, but it genuinely isn't a mainstream thing.
