@PlayStation @helplaystation I need Dualsense Stick Drift repaired. Apparently out of warranty. PLEASE NOTE: after entering your SN during a sup request the process cont w/o checking warranty status. You still ask the user to PAY to send in their controller that you won't repair

@PlayStation @helplaystation Secondly, given the grace @NintendoAmerica has provided with extended warranty options, I figured @PlayStation would follow suit so I went through the entire repair request process. I was then told to ship in my controller on my dime!

@PlayStation @helplaystation Firstly, it's absurd you're asking your customers to pay to ship to you. It's not only a liability with tracking details for lost hardware, but a complete divergence from the industry standard of customer service. Very disappointing.
