Yes, @Visible actually said FEWER DROPPED CALLS & IMPROVED CALL QUALITY is NOT an IMPROVEMENT IN SERVICE.

@visiblecare You want DMs so the public can't see how awful your #visible service is. They had the ability to improve my service but didn't until I came to them with a problem and then again, not until after I jumped through verification hoops. What kind of service provider does that?

@visiblecare chat doesn't work, no way to call, question - why are some calls appearing as restricted but never ring on my phone and won't let me check voicemail from those numbers?
