Going on 24 hours stranded in Livingstone Zambia when @KenyaAirways flight was canceled due to mechanical issues. Communication has been horrible. Already missed one day of safari. Still don’t know when we are leaving. @skyteam airlines are supposed to be better than this!

@Delta thanks for lying to us to get us on a hot plane in Seattle to only tell us once we were boarded that the pilots aren’t there and we will be sitting on the plan for another hour with no air conditioning. After a two hour delay. What happened to passenger bill of rights?

Hey @Delta. As a long time Gold member, love that you are not giving me my status next year over a technicality. Even though I already paid for another trip in January. You get my money but I don’t get the benefit. It’s an interesting way to treat your most loyal customers.

@FedEx unbelievably poor customer service. Seven calls, twice being hung up on, refusal to transfer to the escalation department, website not functioning properly to begin with...All to resolve an issue you created with a missed delivery. Package damaged as a result.

@jtheaps9 The problem is that Pete is unchecked. We don't have an owner that is active in the team anymore and that reduces pressure on the coaches to perform. There is no accountability right now, especially with Pete's newly signed contract. This is just going to keep happening.

@jtheaps9 When are the members of Seattle sports media going to hold the coaches and players accountable? The media is far too easy on the coaches when they continue to make poor decisions and poorly prepare.
