This morning, some of the crew at Blackpool conducted rough weather training, from the tail end of Storm Amy.
This is a vital part of the crews training to get used to the conditions and how to handle the D-Class in not so nice weather.

@LerwickRnli needed all the skill & bravery they possessed to save the lives of those on the #GreenLily. Sadly, an @HMCoastguard winchman lost his life. 🧡
