China just revealed some wild stats at the Two Sessions. There are now over 300 humanoid robot models released across the country, which is more than half of the global total. 🤖🇨🇳

The government just fast tracked Embodied AI into the new national five year plan, officially labeling it a primary driver for economic growth.

We are moving past the experimental phase. The focus for 2026 has shifted entirely to scaling up, engineering, and setting industry standards.

Here is what the heavy hitters are saying on the ground:

➤ Lei Jun (Xiaomi): Pushing for robots to go from interns to full time staff. He wants 10,000 hours of fault free work and a 99% success rate by 2027.
