#AmericanAirlines today I met an angel and a rockstar CSR at American Airlines at Charlotte-Douglas Airport! Her name is Michelin. I left a personal item in the terminal, after landing in CLT. Michelin made multiple phone calls to track it down and retrieved it for me!!!
