I am struck by the fact that Ukraine has not been crippled by cyberattacks. Is this because Britain and other allies helped prepare its defences, as we helped train its forces? Or were we exaggerating Russia's power all along?

@ianmSC This misses the point of the number of tests, where they are being performed, who is testing positive, pretty much any basis… I’m English, they’re doing over 1.2 million tests a day. They’ve got pop up tents outside KFC talking passers by into testing….
@SW_Help And similar to airlines, why not operate a ‘doors close at’ policy rather than ‘we might do this thing, might not’. If people know doors close at X:12 but the private departure is x:13 you can have an extra 15-30 seconds to make people safe…?
