Feeling ready. Crossing the line strong! (Start line anyway 🫣). Its 13 miles to Glasgow Green, its 11 am, and we are not wearing sunglasses... 😎 @GreatScotRun
One aim of yesterday’s walk was to see if Scotland’s last relic of the previous winter persisted at Aonach Beag. It did, but only just. In a couple of days’ time, Scotland will be snow-free for the second consecutive year.
This has *never* happened since records began (1700s).
Thankyou @HSofG for a great evening celebrating sport, and to the huge commitment from the staff to support sport year round. Well done Mr. Smith for your excellent compère skills this evening too (other than the jokes... ).
Not a bad place for its first night out! #tetri#GlenCoe
A great birthday present for an adventurous 14 year old son 🎉
