.@Postvox I bought a phone on @AmazonItalia, delivered by An Post in Ireland. @AmazonHelp gave me a return label, but An Post now refuses to send it back due to the battery. If you can deliver phones with batteries, why not handle returns?Frustrating double standards!

Writing a newsletter is the best way to scale your ideas, as @lulumeservey said. But they rarely grow fast, it's low and steady—a labor of love.

It took us more than 2.5 years. 🥲

3 advice from my time growing @ADPList's Newsletter:

1) Growth: You *must* embrace slow growth or get discouraged by it; know it takes time
2) Consistency: I try to improve one thing every week (ie. subject line, hooks, content, and others)
3) Work: It takes the same effort to write a newsletter to 50 people as 50,000 people. There’s leverage in the long game.

@paddymacc1 Same with simple water. I saw the price increasing a lot, probably 20% like you noticed for beer. The way they implemented this scheme reminds me when they implemented Euros.
