@BucksLead Then why isn’t he posting the Wolf of Wall Street video right now? It would effectively end all of this speculation.
For the record, I could very easily see him staying with MIL, but the idea that this smoke is made up is untenable.
Of course, it would be extraordinarily helpful if Giannis camp could convey to Bucks and every other suitor that he will only sign extension with Miami, which would potentially protect some Heat assets (Jakucionis?) and scare other teams from offering much. But from all indications, Giannis is not doing that - and you can't resent him or his agent for that even though it would be helpful to Miami. Thus, other teams remain alive.
@gnavas103@larrys_burner7 “Series that was over” he missed game 3 when the series was tied 1-1. He then got re-injured in game 6 when the Warriors were up late in the 3rd. They win that game, series is tied.
@hottakeharry It’s insane how many stars have tried to force their way to the Heat and they still can’t close the deal.
29 other FO wish they could be spoon-fed like this. It’s utter incompetence.
@jay4774@5ReasonsSports@StevenReed_95 A comparison between an aggressive franchise who was rewarded and one that has become irrelevant due to risk aversion.
Herro gets traded 3-4 years ago by a team who is serious about winning.
Again…if the Heat lose out on Giannis it’s THEIR fault. Yes, players like Jaylen brown and Paolo are better but the Heat have done nothing in the last few years to stockpile assets
They always need “luck” to land a whale because they don’t know how to run a team in today’s NBA
@HeatvsHaters At this point, the bar is no longer to be good. If it’s different, I’m cool with it. The product has been stale and unwatchable for 3 years.
@nathanmarzion Why exactly do you want him to stay? They stink with him, but will never be bad enough to meaningfully improve. Wouldn’t you rather your franchise GOAT not waste the last half decade of his career?
Did y’all actually enjoy these last few years?
