@liversedge Going through the same thing, in my case they're trying to lock in a 1-year contract for the lower rate because they know I'm a flight risk with the bad service @XfinitySupport
@D__a__n__i___@fasttalklabs Hey Daniel, Something that Payson says in the interview / article is that he doesn't do them based on a specific range or % of FTP. He figures how many interviews he can do for the given climb, then figures a workload wattage, then adjusts based on how he feels / terrain / etc.
@MirceaGhinea @fasttalklabs Yep. It can be a hard balance. Switching to Iso-tonic gels can help as your hydration needs go down. Here's the 1st in a 2-part series on this topic: https://t.co/NiExLOTtqa

Coaching gets personal. In this week’s podcast, Coach Grant Holicky joins us to discuss the importance of building a connection with your athletes—which may be more valuable than any training plan. https://t.co/97d8Yez9hQ #cycling#triathlon#endurance#coaching@grantholicky
A rule I try to adhere to on here is not to comment about what other individual athletes or coaches. I can’t possibly understand without their direct perspective. There are exceptions such as when they speak bollocks on Twitter.
@united It looks like you’ve lost it despite me being able to see the AirTag at IAD. This is both “trip of a lifetime” ruining, but also a potential $10k financial loss. It’s unacceptable.
Hey @UnitedAirlines_ it's frustrating to push back for your international mountain bike race while watching your bike sitting lonely while workers stand around but never load it on the plane.
