@cryptocom @cryptocom completely unhelpful. You are telling someone they can claim a prize if they win. However, never notifying the person that they have won until after the closure date. No intention to honour the prizes or competition set out. False advertising and engagement farming.

Hey @cryptocom I received a final premium blue coin in your Uefa competition promotion. This was minted 3 days ago along with the other 9 coins. Now I'm being told that I can't claim a prize as the redemption period closed 11 days before the coins were minted. How is this right?

@cryptocom I've reached out via chat online and the team is entirely useless. They just keep repeating that the form is closed and you have missed the claiming period.. Despite myself all 9 other holders having no idea we held these coins until 11 days after the claiming period closed..
