BREAKING: Donald Trump gets the worst news to date about Jack Smith's investigation as legal experts announce that the Special Counsel might seize millions of dollars from his presidential campaign — a death knell for his White House run.

This one is just too perfect...

According to NBC News national security analyst Frank Figliuzzi — who was a former top FBI official — the Justice Department might seize huge amounts of money from Trump's campaign because much of it was raised off of fraudulent claims after the 2020 election.

The January 6th Committee revealed that the Trump campaign raked in $250 million in donations after the Capitol insurrection, claiming that the money would go to a legal fund to overturn the 2020 election. That fund was never created and instead the money was funneled to the Save America PAC.

"This isn’t over yet," said Figliuzzi. "When you raise millions based on a fraudulent claim, you’ve committed a crime. And, you just might have to give those millions back."

His remarks come in the wake of a new report from Politico which revealed that at least one of the interviews the Special Counsel conducted recently was "focused on fundraising and spending by Trump’s political action committee."

Bernard Kerk, the former NYPD commissioner who has been a longtime associate of Rudy Giuliani, was interviewed by investigators and "asked multiple questions about the Save America PAC’s enormous fundraising haul in the weeks between Election Day and the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol."

NYU Law School professor Andrew Weissmann appears to agree with Figliuzzi. He said that there could be a "criminal case about the Trump PAC and forfeiture allegations/seizures." Better still, the case would not even have to reach all the way up to Trump before Smith would be able to seize assets.

You would rather put your defense of Donald Trump above the Constitution (which you took an oath to defend), and US.

Every Republican I speak to in Ohio seems to agree that you are a disgrace to the office you hold, and are a danger to our safety, country and democracy.

Trump has been accused of a number of serious crimes, including obstruction of justice, witness tampering, conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, inciting an insurrection, etc.

There is overwhelming evidence to support these accusations, and Trump has refused to cooperate with any investigations into his conduct.

Despite this, you have continued to defend Trump. Since you’re so keen on conducting failed investigations, why don’t you investigate a real crime/criminal this time.

Your loyalty to Trump should not blind you to the truth and your duty to our country.

Your defense of Trump is not only misguided, but it is also harmful to our democracy.

We need a leader, with balls of steel, who is willing to stand up for what is right, even when it is unpopular. I am that leader!

You are worst kind of politician and your lies make you unworthy of the office you hold.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with more devastating news as reporters reveal that Atlanta Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis just subpoenaed an independent journalist who accidentally “stumbled upon” the meeting of Trump’s “fake electors.”

But it gets WORSE for Trump…

The journalist, George Chidi, told reporters that he will testify about what he witnessed because, even though journalists usually ignore subpoenas, he will testify in order to “defend democracy” from Trump and his fake electors.

According to a local paper, “Chidi was visiting the state Capitol on the morning of Dec. 14, 2020, when the state’s official presidential electors were preparing to cast Georgia’s 16 Electoral College votes for Joe Biden. His curiosity was piqued when he saw some Republicans he recognized walking into a room downstairs from where the formal ceremony was being held. He began recording on his cell phone but was quickly ushered out of the room. Chidi was told it was an education meeting, and that afterwards organizers sent someone to stand outside the room so that no one else could enter.”

Legal experts say that his testimony strengthen District Attorney Fani Willis’ case against Trump and his fake electors because it shows that they were trying to hide their meeting from the public — which is further evidence of their guilty conscience and criminal intent — and that this “strongly suggests that prosecutors will seek charges against some of the people who participated in or organized that meeting,” including Trump himself.
