When this is over, what say we all pitch in and buy health care workers, couriers, hauliers, farmers, millers, grocers, bakers, sewage workers, power workers, teachers, fire fighters and police officers a bottle of something?
Thank you #FestivalOfWork it's been a fascinating couple of days. My main takeaways:
1. Change of mindset from artificial to augmented intelligence
2. We're all being buffeted by change. Not just me, not just my company, or profession or industry. All of us, everywhere.
General observations on the event:
🙂Good range of insightful conference speakers
🙂A decent range of topics permitting either adeep dive, or skim across
🙂A broad range of exhibitors across all/many HR disciplines

LMS's are not designed to measure impact - the clue is in its name. I'm intrigued that the panel have been talking for over ten minutes about learning and not mentioned the role and responsibility of managers in learning. #FestivalofWork
Next up: "Has the LMS had its day?"
I'm predicting the answer is:
Yes (as a front-end for learning).
And no (as a reporting and compliance tool)
