I’ve unfortunately acquired an injury from my running, so I can barely walk. But thankfully, it hasn’t affected my ability to repetitively lift heavy things. Was feeling pretty good about how I look here, so enjoy, Twitter!
After a summer of fewer workouts than normal, I’m planning on getting back to the gainz this autumn. It was harder than normal, and I worked up quite the sweat, but I was able to keep to the weights previously lifted - so that’s a plus!
There are lots of cons to working out at home, but being able to get a pump in while listening to what I want, wearing what I want and using the weights I want whenever I want is a pretty decent pro
