Absolutely appalling customer service from @HenriLloyd63 I have a coat less than a year old, the elastic in the hood has just broken, been told it doesn’t fall under repair scheme and they don’t deem it faulty, when it clearly is, I suggest avoiding the brand. I will be in future
Brought a parcel, chose @FedEx@FedExEurope to deliver, need to return, won’t collect it from my work address and some one needs to be home to hand it over, so one of us has to take a day of work at our cost to return a parcel, APPALING service, not again if I have the choice.
My nutribullet, brought in Nov developed a fault, I had no receipt or box,contacted @NutriBulletUK explained situation, they sent me a returns label I sent them the returns receipt just received my new unit the day after sending the faulty one back, exceptional customer service.
@Gatwick_Airport My wife one year old son and I were treated Terribly this afternoon by two members of staff who then covered their name badges, then threatened by one of your boarder agents with police action twice, completely unfounded threats!
