It's been a pleasure to work with @BlatchfordGrp who have sponsored me with a custom 3d printed seat to help me row for longer and stay healthy by avoiding pressure sores. They have really gone above and beyond in supporting me and can't thank them enough!
Well I've officially left my job to focus on the row. Only 2 months until I fly out and this week I've mostly done admin preparing for this weekends inspection! Paper work is boring so here's a photo of me instead.

DID YOU KNOW?
Our teams have to complete 120 hours of on water training to take part in our Atlantic rowing race.
Thereβs 3 months until our teams fly to La Gomera for #TWAC2020. Preparation and training is hotting up and we are here to show it all.

Great day training yesterday with this up and coming ocean rower, Angus π with 2 atlantic crossings, 1 Indian ocean crossing, a smattering of work records and having coached many many teams. Much was learned.
Here is some meat...
Specifically, the meat from which @ChefMacaco will be making my jerky for the Atlantic row! It's packed fully of energy and perfect for snack a during any expedition. Big thank you to Seabright's Butchers for supplying this organic and locally sourced meat!
48 hour row complete! I also couldn't see the face I was pulling in the second photo.
Had all kinds of conditions variable wind speeds and directions plus hit waves which knocked me off my seat on more than one occasion!

Great little pb last week! 205kg for 5 reps in the Windsor Prison Yard! Very happy with the way my strength training is going. But just as important as this is my mobility and even yoga. There's no recovery in the Atlantic, so don't get injured!!
