When the BA staff can’t do anything for a cancelled flight, are not empowered or authorised to assist with the inconvenience ie overnight accommodation etc you kinda default to the BA App for info🤷🏻‍♂️🤔#Britishairways #shockingcustomerservices

Flight cancelled and auto rebooked by BA App for a take off in 60mins but from a different airport and to the wrong destination and would also take 90mins to get to from Heathrow! WTA🤷🏻‍♂️ any chance BA! And to top it off this email arrived 2 hours after flight cancelled! Pathetic.
