18yr old is apprentice car mechanic.
15yr old wants to be an engineer in the navy.

My advice was, success is being happy and financially independent.

They all chose with their interests and abilities.

@dean1wg I did a similar activity many moons ago and had to pay for StJohns med cover as RAMC couldn’t work on civvies / kids.

@pinstripedline A full military career is a marathon. At present we are operating at sprint pace.
People cannot and will not sustain the pace. Either folks leave or end up burnt out.
